Step 1: The Inquiry & The Quote

This is where our partnership begins. To provide you with a fast and accurate quote, we simply need to understand your needs.

• Your Part: Send our team an email with your requirements. The more detail, the better:
  • Product: e.g., PEVA plastic tablecloth rolls, printed foil tablecloths.
  • Specifications: Desired thickness, dimensions, and any custom printing files.
  • Quantity: Your estimated order volume (e.g., number of rolls, number of pieces, 20ft or 40ft container).
  • Destination: Your nearest major seaport (e.g., Port of Long Beach, Port of Rotterdam).
• Our Part: As your dedicated Disposable plastic tablecloth supplier, our expert sales team will analyze your request and return a detailed, professional quotation within 24-48 hours. This quote will clearly outline unit pricing, production lead times, and shipping options (such as FOB or CIF) so you have all the information needed to make a decision.

Step 2: The Sample & The Approval

We believe in “trust but verify.” You need to be 100% confident in the product you’re ordering.

• For Custom disposable tablecloth orders, we begin with digital mock-ups of your design for initial approval.
• For large-volume orders, we then proceed to produce a physical sample from the production line. This sample is sent to you for final sign-off. Step 3: The Purchase Order & The Deposit

Once you are satisfied with the sample and quotation, we formalize the order.

• Your Part: You will issue a formal Purchase Order (PO) that lists all the agreed-upon specifications and prices.
• Our Part: We will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). To initiate production, we follow standard international trade practice, which is typically a 30% deposit payment (via T/T wire transfer). This deposit secures your production slot and allows us to procure raw materials.

Step 4: Production & Quality Control

This is where our key advantages as a source manufacturer come into play. Your order is entered into our production schedule. Throughout the entire process—from film blowing and printing to cutting and packaging—our dedicated Quality Control team monitors every stage to ensure it meets your specifications.

Step 5: Final Payment & Documentation

When production is complete and your order is ready for shipment, we move to the final stage.

• Our Part: We provide you with a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), the official shipping document, as proof that your goods have been loaded onto the vessel.
• Your Part: Upon receipt of the B/L copy, you arrange for the remaining 70% balance payment. Once the payment is received, we send you the full set of original shipping documents required to clear customs.

Step 6: Shipping & Delivery

You don’t need to be a logistics expert—that’s our job. We handle the complexities of international freight.
