Can you customize the size or color ?
Yes, we offer custom sizes and colors. We have 32 stock colors available, and we can also match any Pantone code. Size can be customized by roll length or sheet count.
What’s your MOQ ?
We offer low MOQ for stock colors, and mixed-color orders are fine. For custom colors or printed rolls, the usual MOQ is around 3,000 rolls — please confirm with our sales team.
How fast can you ship ?
For stock orders, we usually ship within 3–5 days. Custom orders take 7–15 days depending on quantity and production schedule.
Can you send samples ?
Yes, we can send samples. Stock samples are free — just cover the shipping cost. We also offer custom sampling upon request.
Can you do private labeling or branding ?
Absolutely. We provide private label services including packaging design, barcode labeling, and custom carton printing. Both OEM and ODM are available.
